Bu politika, Yusuf Kaya ("biz") tarafindan gelistirilen Ironvoid mobil
oyununun ("Oyun") kullanicilarindan hangi verileri topladigini, neden
topladigini ve bu veriler uzerinde hangi haklara sahip oldugunuzu aciklar.
Kisa ozet: **Oyun sizden ad, e-posta, telefon veya konum gibi kisisel bilgi
istemez. Hesap olusturmaniz gerekmez. Oyun ilerlemeniz yalnizca kendi
cihazinizda saklanir.**
Oyun asagidakilerin hicbirini toplamaz:
Oyun bir hesap sistemi icermez; sizi bir kisi olarak tanimlamamizi saglayacak
bir kayit tutmayiz.
Oyun ilerlemeniz (seviye, altin, esyalar, beceri puanlari, ulasilan bolum,
gunluk gorev durumu ve oyun ayarlariniz) yalnizca **kendi cihazinizin uygulama
alaninda** bir dosya olarak tutulur. Bu dosya bize veya ucuncu bir tarafa
gonderilmez. Uygulamayi silmeniz bu verinin de silinmesi anlamina gelir.
Oyun, isteginize bagli olarak izlenen odullu reklamlar icerir. Reklamlar Google
AdMob araciligiyla gosterilir. AdMob, reklam gosterebilmek icin asagidaki
verileri isleyebilir:

sorumlusu sifatiyla islenir. Google'in kendi gizlilik politikasi

Onayiniz: Avrupa Ekonomik Alani, Birlesik Krallik ve Isvicre'de bulunan
kullanicilara, Oyunu ilk actiginizda kisisellestirilmis reklam icin onay
sorulur (Google UMP onay ekrani). Onay vermezseniz Oyun calismaya devam eder;
reklamlar kisisellestirilmemis olarak gosterilir. Onayinizi istediginiz
zaman Ayarlar > Gizlilik Secenekleri uzerinden degistirebilirsiniz.
iOS izleme izni: iOS 14.5 ve uzeri cihazlarda, reklam kimliginize
erisebilmek icin sistem izni istenir. Reddederseniz Oyun tam olarak calisir,
reklamlar kisisellestirilmez. Bu izni istediginiz zaman iOS Ayarlar >
Gizlilik ve Guvenlik > izleme bolumunden geri alabilirsiniz.
Oyun icinde istege bagli satin almalar bulunur (reklamlari kaldirma ve kolaylik
paketleri). **Odeme isleminiz tamamen Apple App Store veya Google Play
tarafindan yurutulur.** Kart numaranizi, fatura adresinizi veya odeme
bilgilerinizi biz gormeyiz ve saklamayiz. Bize yalnizca satin almanin
gerceklestigi bilgisi ulasir.
Oyun sans oyunu (gacha) mekanigi icermez ve guc satisi yapmaz.

Kullandigimiz hizmetler (Google AdMob, Google Firebase) sunucularini Turkiye
disinda, aralarinda Amerika Birlesik Devletleri'nin de bulundugu ulkelerde
barindirir. Bu nedenle yukarida sayilan teknik veriler yurt disina aktarilir.
Bu aktarim, hizmet saglayicinin sundugu sozlesmesel guvenceler cercevesinde
gerceklestirilir.
Oyun cocuklara yonelik degildir ve 13 yasin (Avrupa Ekonomik Alani'nda ilgili
ulkenin belirledigi yasin, genellikle 16) altindaki kullanicilardan bilerek
veri toplamayiz. Cocugunuzun bize veri gonderdigini dusunuyorsaniz [E-POSTA]
adresinden bize ulasin; ilgili kayitlari sileriz.
Bulundugunuz ulkenin mevzuatina gore; islenen verileriniz hakkinda bilgi
edinme, duzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, islemeye itiraz etme ve
onayinizi geri cekme haklariniz bulunur.
Oyun sizi tanimlayan bir kayit tutmadigi icin:
kullanabilir veya uygulamayi cihazinizdan kaldirabilirsiniz. Bu islem
cihazdaki tum oyun verinizi kalici olarak siler.

This policy explains what data Ironvoid ("the Game"), developed by
Yusuf Kaya ("we", "us"), collects, why we collect it, and what rights
you have.
In short: **the Game does not ask for your name, email, phone number or
location. No account is required. Your progress is stored only on your own
device.**
The Game never collects any of the following:
The Game has no account system, so we keep no record that identifies you as a
person.
Your progress (level, gold, items, skill points, stage reached, daily quest
state and your settings) is stored as a file inside your device's own app
storage. It is never uploaded to us or to any third party. Deleting the app
deletes this data.
The Game shows optional rewarded video ads that you choose to watch. Ads are
delivered through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may process:
This data is processed by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC as an
independent controller. Google's privacy policy is available at
https://policies.google.com/privacy
Your consent: if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom
or Switzerland, you are asked for consent to personalised advertising when you
first open the Game (Google UMP consent form). If you decline, the Game works
normally and ads are shown non-personalised. You can change your choice at
any time under Settings > Privacy Options.
iOS tracking permission: on iOS 14.5 and later, the system asks for
permission before the advertising identifier can be accessed. If you decline,
the Game works fully and ads are not personalised. You can revoke this at any
time under iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
The Game offers optional purchases (removing ads and convenience packs).
Payment is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never
see or store your card number, billing address or payment details. We only
learn that a purchase took place.
The Game contains no gacha or loot-box mechanics and does not sell power.

The services we use (Google AdMob, Google Firebase) host their servers outside
Turkiye, including in the United States. The technical data listed above is
therefore transferred internationally, under the contractual safeguards
provided by the service provider.
The Game is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from
users under 13 (or under the relevant age of consent, generally 16, in the
EEA). If you believe your child has provided us with data, contact us at
[E-POSTA] and we will delete the relevant records.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or
delete your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Under the
GDPR these are Articles 15 to 22; under Turkiye's KVKK, Article 11.
Because the Game keeps no record identifying you:
Either action permanently deletes all Game data on your device.
or iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
For any other request, email [E-POSTA]. We respond within 30 days.
When we update this policy we change the "Last updated" date on this page. For
significant changes we will notify you inside the Game.
